I hereby consent to GØT AS (“GØT”) collecting, storing, and processing personal data about me in order to provide me with access to their digital tools and content (“the Service”), as well as to ensure a good user experience and maintenance, updating, and further development of the Service, including the GØT App.

I understand that the following personal data must always be processed in connection with my registration/creation of a user account for the Service:

Name, email, country, phone number, gender, age, height, weight, waist measurement, preferred language, meal window, sleep window, food preferences, and goals for change.

To receive personal follow-up in the GØT app, I also consent to GØT processing, including storing and analyzing, information that I enter, transfer, or upload to my profile related to the Service, including GØT Score and Shopping Lists.

I also consent to GØT continuously collecting, storing, and processing data from sensors and other equipment that measure my health/activity data and to which I have given specific consent to transfer to GØT, such as my heart rate monitor. The consent to transfer this data to GØT is given directly in the service related to the use of the equipment (from entities such as Whoop, Oura, FitBit, Polar, Garmin, and Apple Health, or equivalents). The data made available to GØT will be stored, processed, and made available to me as a user of the Service and will typically include:

Activity data, heart rate data, sleep data, and HRV ("Heart Rate Variability").

The consent also includes any other information obtained from such equipment and to which I have consented that GØT may have access to from the service provider(s).

I am informed and aware that I can withdraw my consent at any time by using the ”delete me” button on my profile related to the Service, but that this means I will lose access to the Service or that available functionality will be limited or changed.

I am informed and aware of my rights as a data subject under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and that I can find more information about GØT's processing of my personal data in GØT's privacy policy available here.

I am informed that GØT uses external service providers for cloud storage of information (typically from entities such as Whoop, Oura, FitBit, Polar, Garmin, and Apple Health, as well as equivalents) and communication services related to the Service. These third-party providers are carefully selected and committed to complying with GDPR requirements and other regulations to ensure the protection of my personal data. GØT has entered into Data Processing Agreements with these providers to ensure that my data is processed responsibly and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

I am informed that GØT has agreements with its suppliers that ensure the responsible processing of my personal data, and that my data will not be sold or otherwise made available to outsiders.

By clicking “I Consent” when creating a profile in the App, I give GØT permission to collect, store, and process my personal data as described above.

If I choose not to accept the terms, I am aware that I cannot use the App and that the registration cannot be completed.
