About the event

Research shows that exercises like Pilates help reduce inflammation in the body. Pilates is a holistic exercise that includes breathing, mindfulness, centering, focus, flow, control, and precision. Pilates promotes circulation at all levels: the circulatory system, the lymphatic system, the nervous system, the joints, and the muscular system. All our internal organs are part of all the systems mentioned. For them to function well, they depend on movement in multiple axes, which occurs during Pilates.

This class will be suitable for everyone. We have yoga mats avaliable for you, just wear workout clothing, and good spirits!
