Engaging in sports and maintaining an active lifestyle doesn't have to be a daunting task; it's just a matter of finding what brings you joy and inspires you to stay consistent. It's about finding what moves you!

This event is aimed at people who are interested in trying new sports! The event features four workshops, each led by an instructor specialized in one of the four disciplines: dance, yoga, meditation, and functional training. Attendees will be organized into groups and will rotate through the workshops, spending 15 to 20 minutes learning and practicing each discipline.
